Mark Podis
Mark was born and raised in Nashville TN. He earned his Associates in Criminal Justice in 1982 and his BS in Sociology in 1983 from Tennessee Tech. He received his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of law in Birmingham Alabama in 1986. He has been licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 1986. Mark has practiced Bankruptcy Law from our office on Murfreesboro Road for 25 years. He has filed thousands of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. Mark has devoted his legal career to helping families get out of debt and start living again.

Cynthia Nicholson Podis
Cynthia was born and raised in Nashville Tennessee. She graduated from Centre College of Kentucky. She earned her BA in English and BA in Government in 1988.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Memphis State University in 1994. She has been licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee since 1994. Cynthia has spent hundreds of hours counseling our clients on how to get back on their feet after the bankruptcy is completed.
